Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State has praised the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, saying that government policies are no longer limited to announcements but are now being implemented across sectors nationwide.
Speaking at the Renewed Hope Ambassadors’ National Mobilization Retreat, Uzodimma said the Tinubu administration’s economic reforms and other key programmes are already producing results and improving the lives of Nigerians.
According to him, the Renewed Hope initiatives are strengthening the economy in both the short and long term. He said the reforms are creating a foundation for economic growth, stability, investment, and national development.
The retreat, which was held under the theme “Building a Unified National Mobilization Architecture,” focused on promoting unity, growth, and national progress.
Uzodimma called on members of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors to take the message of the administration’s achievements to communities across the country. He said grassroots mobilisation would help increase public confidence and encourage wider participation in government programmes.
The governor also expressed confidence in the movement’s political strength, stating that efforts are underway to build support and ensure that the achievements of President Tinubu’s administration are known across the country.
He added that the goal is to unite supporters and expand awareness of the government’s policies as the administration continues its national development agenda. Uzodimma is no longer the chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum, as the position is being contested by Enugu Governor Peter Mbah.
He is focused on his return to the Senate to represent Imo West senatorial zone after defeating Rochas Okorocha in a smooth election last month.
