The Labour Party Gubernatorial candidate, George Moghalu, took his campaign efforts to a new level, connecting with Netizens and the younger Nigerian demographic by hopping on the train of a popular social media influencer, Emmanuel Obrutse (Geh Geh).
Moghalu was featured in a viral video taking notes from the popular influencer on how to become popular and trend on social media. The video instantly went viral, generating nearly a million views, and was featured on Meta and X news.
The attempt at Viral marketing by the Moghalu Media team was a sucessful one as it gained organic traction for the governorship aspirant while endearing him to the young people in his target audience.

Others saw it as an over-the-top approach, which reduced the serious business of politicking to a trivial affair. Nevertheless, the message was passed, and the Labour Party Aspirant owned a corner of the Nigerian media space for a while yesterday.
