Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah is presenting his manifesto performance update at the Peter Mbah Law Auditorium, Godfrey Okoye University, Enugu. The session started at 1:00 p.m., and the governor will take questions from the audience afterwards.

A Return to Where It Began
The venue carries symbolic weight. Mbah unveiled his campaign manifesto at this same auditorium on 13 October 2022. That document promised economic development and lasting prosperity for Enugu by 2031, and pledged to industrialise the state and shift it from a public-sector-driven economy to a private-sector-driven one. He took office on 29 May 2023.

The government presents the update as another sign of transparency and accountability, and of the governor’s commitment to open governance and public scrutiny. By taking audience questions, it says, the administration is keeping residents informed and involved in the state’s development
