Eastern Drill artists and rapper Jeremiah Ani, aka Jeriq, is on the verge of dropping his next EP project, Hood Boy Dreams, on April 10
The Enugu-affiliated rapper will drop the six-track project next week to keep his fans busy as well as build up his catalogue.
The project was produced executively by Jeriq, one of his first projects. The six tracks are all Solo projects with the Nkpor-raised musical art featuring no artists on this EP.

Busy 2026 So Far
Jeriq has had an eventful 2026 so far, finishing the first quarter strong. The Eastern drill artists had three major engagements in Q1, culminating in the release of their Hood Boy Dreams EP.
Jeriq kicked off the year by completing a historic four-state tour across South-South and South-East Nigeria. The tour drew a combined attendance of over 100,000 fans across Onitsha, Enugu and Ebonyi, proving his massive grassroots pull:
Jeriq has been consistent with his “street anthems” this year, moving toward a more polished yet still raw sound. He released a track, “Born to be great”, from his Hood Boy Dreams EP, which instantly became a street anthem.
At the collaborative front, Jeriq has been a frequent guest artist this year, appearing on tracks like “7 Grams” with Monaky and “Nzogbu” with Zoro.
He was also seen hanging out with Wizkid, Odumodublvck, and PsychoYP in Los Angeles, United States, sparking speculations of global moves.
