Emeka Offor’s Vast Business Footprints
Sir Emeka Offor is a veteran of the Nigerian business landscape, owning businesses spanning oil, energy, logistics, media, and manufacturing, with over 800 employees across four countries.
Offor is well known for his business footprints in Africa’s oil and gas sector through his Chrome Group. However, he has diversified over the years, taking bold steps in relatively new fields.
At press time, Offor is directly involved in eleven major businesses, either owning them outright or holding a controlling share.

- Kaztec Engineering: This is a subsidiary of Chrome Group and specialises in Oil and Gas infrastructure
- Chrome Oil Services: A Flagship brand of Chrome Group, focused on providing technical support and maintenance solutions.

- Enugu Electricity Distribution Company: The EEDC is the Southeast Electricity Distribution Company, unbundled from the now-defunct PHCN. Emeka Offor reportedly owns a 45% stake in the company.
- Global Scanysystems Technology Limited: This is the logistics and compliance business outfit owned by Emeka Offor. The company leverages technology to ensure due compliance with Nigeria’s customs rules.
- Inland Container Nigeria Limited: Inland Container is a pioneer in Nigeria’s freight and logistics sector. The company, founded in the 1980’s, is a subsidiary of Chrome Group.
